DESCRIPTION

Maple Lawn is a new mixed-used master planned community offering office retail including a planned 50 000 square Harris Teeter and a variety residential townhomes and townhome style condos. The community is built on 600 acres and split into seven districts with varying levels of commercial versus residential uses. Three schools (elementary middle and high school) are clustered near each other of Scaggsville Rd./Route 216.A variety of builders are active in the community with the first residents having moved in during 2005. Bozzuto Homes is building the only condominium product. The two-over-two / stacked townhome style condos consist of a ground floor unit with tow to three bedrooms on two levels and a three bedroom unit with elevator access on the top two levels. Bozzuto's site is located in the Midtown District directly accross from the community center with pool tennis and basketball courts and green space used for different events and gatherings.
