Barrington Park is a townhome style condo development partially built by Comstock Homes. Comstock built 65 of the units before the project was foreclosed on. The homes were originally being sold as condos but then the market turned and Comstock was forced to rent the units themselves as zoning did not allow for the building to be turned over to an apartment management company. 18 units were unfinished and another 65 were never built. An auction was scheduled for September 25th 2008 for the remaining real estate.
